RETIREMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the
following information is disclosed:

Danie Vlok will retire as a non-executive director from the board
of Bell Equipment with effect from 5 May 2016, being the date on
which the annual general meeting of the Company will be held.

The Company would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr Vlok
for the contribution he has made to the business since his
appointment in 1995 and wish him well for the future.
