These changes have been well anticipated and the replacement management have already taken over these responsibilities. The third co-founder and current managing director, Kenneth Capes, has been appointed as the chief executive officer of Métier. Furthermore, Kenneth will increase his area of responsibility to assist SepHold with its growth strategy as the business development director. Kenneth has over 20 years’ experience in building materials and proven deal-making skills that will further the Company’s expansion objectives. To ensure continual operational success, Métier has appointed Jurgens Du Toit as the managing director. Jurgens holds a civil engineering qualification and has obtained a wealth of experience in the mining and building materials industries over the past 24 years.
