CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND CHANGE IN JSE SPONSOR
CHANGE OF MANAGEMENT COMPANY AND COMPANY SECRETARY
The board of directors of Green Flash (“the Board”) wishes to inform its shareholders and the general
public that Green Flash and Osiris Corporate Solutions (Mauritius) Ltd have terminated their company
secretarial service arrangement by mutual agreement with effect from 1 March 2016. Further to the above,
Green Flash has appointed Intercontinental Trust Limited as the management company and company
secretary respectively with effect from 1 March 2016.
CHANGE OF REGISTERED OFFICE
Pursuant to the change in management company, the shareholders of Green Flash and the general public are
further advised that, effective from 8 March 2016, the Company’s registered office will be located at C/o
Intercontinental Trust Limited, Level 3, Alexander House, 35 Cybercity, Ebene 72201, Mauritius and all
correspondences should henceforth be addressed to the Company as per below:

CHANGE OF REGISTRAR AND TRANSFER AGENT
The Board also wishes to inform the shareholders of Green Flash and the general public that Green Flash
and Mauritius Computing Services Ltd have terminated their registrar and transfer agent arrangement by
mutual agreement with effect from 1 March 2016. Intercontinental Secretarial Services Ltd has been
appointed as the new registrar and transfer agent of Green Flash in Mauritius with effect from 1 March
2016.
CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are advised that, as at 1 March 2016, Messrs. Stephen Carlin, Daniel Romburgh and Serge
Richard have resigned from the Board. Shareholders are also informed that Mr. Paul Pretorius has resigned
from the Board effective from 29 February 2016. The Board wishes to thank Mr. Carlin, Mr. Romburgh, Mr.
Richard and Mr. Pretorius for their valuable contribution to the Company.
Shareholders are advised that, as at 1 March 2016, the following directors have been appointed to the Board:
- Mr. Teddy Lo Seen Chong, a resident of Mauritius, as a non-executive director;
- Mrs. Marie Sarah-Jane Karene Figaro, a resident of Mauritius, as a non-executive director;
- Mr. Stephen Eugene Delport, as the Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. Jose Jorge Goncalves Da Costa is still a director of Green Flash.
CHANGE IN JSE SPONSOR
Shareholders are advised that Green Flash has terminated its JSE sponsor mandate with Deloitte & Touche
Sponsor Services (Pty) Ltd (“Deloitte”) and has appointed Java Capital Trustees and Sponsors Proprietary
Limited as its JSE sponsor with effect from 1 March 2016. The Board would like to thank Deloitte for their
contribution to Green Flash.
Green Flash has its primary listing on the SEM and a secondary listing on the Alternative Exchange of the
Johannesburg Stock Exchange.
