RETIREMENT OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR


Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement released by the company on
1 December 2015 regarding the impending retirement of Mr RJ Abraham from the Altron
group.


Shareholders are advised that with effect from close of business on 29 February 2016,
Mr RJ Abraham retired as an executive director of Altron and as an employee of the Altron
group. Effective 1 March 2016, Mr A Holden has been appointed as Altron's operations
executive: information technology.


While Mr Holden joins the Altron executive committee as a member with immediate effect, it is
not anticipated that he will be appointed as an executive director of Altron.


Altron would like to take this opportunity of thanking Mr Abraham for his valuable contribution
made towards the Altron group over the past 18 years.
