Shareholders are advised that Mr David Austin has tendered his resignation as Chief Financial Officer
of the company and member of the Board with effect from 01 May 2016 to pursue other interests.


Hulamin wishes to take this opportunity to thank Mr Austin for his valuable contribution to the
company.
