NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the company's integrated annual report, incorporating the audited results for
the financial year ended 31 August 2015, was dispatched to shareholders on Monday, 29 February 2016 and
contains no material changes to the information contained in the summarised reviewed results for the year
ended 31 August 2015, which were announced on SENS on 28 October 2015.
The integrated annual report contains a notice of annual general meeting for Rebosis shareholders, which
will be held at 3rd Floor, Palazzo Towers West, Montecasino Boulevard, Fourways, Gauteng at 10h00 on
Wednesday, 13 April 2016.
The last day to trade in order to be eligible to participate in and vote at the annual general meeting is Friday,
1 April 2016 and the record date for voting purposes is Friday, 8 April 2016.
The integrated annual report is also available on the company's website ' www.rebosis.co.za.
