APPROVAL FOR THE LISTING OF NEW SHARES TO BE ISSUED IN TERMS OF SCRIP DIVIDEND FROM THE STOCK EXCHANGE OF MAURITIUS LTD
Shareholders are referred to the previous announcements, the last of which was released on SENS and on the
website of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd ('SEM') on Monday, 15 February 2016, in respect of the
election by shareholders to receive either a scrip dividend or a cash dividend.
The board of directors ('the board') of Rockcastle is pleased to announce that, on Friday,
26 February 2016, the SEM approved the issue and listing of up to a maximum of 19 774 744 new
Rockcastle shares that may be issued to existing shareholders who elect to receive the scrip dividend.
As required by the Listing Rules of the SEM, copies of the Second Supplement to the Listing Particulars
relating to this further issue of shares and the Listing Particulars of the company, will be made available for
inspection for at least 10 business days as from Friday, 26 February 2016, during normal office hours (from
9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mauritian time) at the registered office of the company which is situated at c/o
Intercontinental Trust Ltd, Level 3, Alexander House, 35 Cybercity, Ebene 72201, Mauritius.
The results of the dividend election will be announced on 8 March 2016.
Rockcastle is listed on the Official List of the SEM and the main board of the JSE Limited.
