LISTING OF ADDITIONAL AfricaRhodium debentures

Africa ETF has, from commencement of 24 February 2016, issued an additional 25,000
AfricaRhodium debentures at an approximate issue price of R100.0336 per additional
AfricaPlatinum debentures, following subscriptions in respect of approximately 994.842 fine troy
ounces of Platinum bullion.

After the additional issue, there will be 75,000 AfricaRhodium debentures in issue, referencing
approximately 749.152 fine troy ounces of Rhodium.
