Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 19 November 2015 
(and using the terms defined therein unless otherwise stated) in which shareholders 
were advised, inter alia, that the revised Business Rescue Plan will be published in 
due course.


The joint business rescue practitioners of the Company, Messrs Dawie van der Merwe and
John Evans hereby advise all affected persons that the revised proposed Business Rescue
