TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF AN ACQUISITION OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SHARES


In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (“the Companies Act”) and
regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations, 2011, shareholders are advised that Hyprop has
received notification from Investec Asset Management Holdings Proprietary Limited (“IAM”) of the
acquisition by IAM, on behalf of its segregated clients, of Hyprop shares such that IAM’s total beneficial
interest, on behalf of such segregated clients, is now 5.0151% of Hyprop’s total issued shares.
