CHANGES TO EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT

Shareholders are advised that Ms Heidi Rix will join Delta Africa on 1 May 2016 as the Chief Operating Officer.

Heidi brings 18 years of commercial and real estate experience and holds BComm and LLB degrees with further studies in the
real estate industry, including an Advanced Diploma in Property Practice (cum laude). Heidi joins Delta Africa from the Broll
Property Group where she was a Director of the Broll group and held the position of Managing Director Investor Services with
overall responsibility and accountability for the Asset Management, Property Management and Retail Leasing businesses.

Prior relevant positions held by Heidi within the real estate industry include Director Atterbury Asset Managers as well as
General Manager Property Management - Rand Merchant Bank Properties; having originally started her career as an attorney
moving into the commercial and real estate sectors.

Heidi is also currently a board member of the SA Council of Shopping Centres. She has strong contractual, organisational,
financial and analytical skills contributing to her specialist skills including Asset and Portfolio Management, Property Acquisitions
and Disposals, Portfolio Analysis and Construction, Strategic Management & Business Development.

In addition, Mr Greg Pearson, Chief Investment Officer and an executive director on the board of Delta Africa, will assume the
position of Head of Developments. He remains an executive director of the company.

Delta Africa further wishes to inform shareholders of the additional bolstering of its executive management team:

Mr Paul Simpson will continue in his role as Country Executive – Morocco. Ms Karen Bramley has been appointed as Country
Executive – East Africa, whilst Mr Jeremy Cooper will serve as Head of Investments. Mr Mike Sewell has been appointed to head
up acquisitions and Mr Jaco van Zyl has been appointed as Group Finance Manager, in support of Mr Leon van de Moortele.

Delta Africa has its primary listings on both the Official Market of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd and the main board of
Johannesburg Stock Exchange.
