REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the hundred and second (102nd) annual general meeting ("AGM") of the shareholders of Reunert held on 15 February 2016, all the ordinary and special resolutions
proposed at the meeting were approved by the requisite majority of votes. Resolution 21, relating to the proposed Share Matching Plan, was withdrawn at the meeting.
