POSTING OF INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL
MEETING

Shareholders are advised that the audited annual financial
statements for the year ended 31 December 2015 and the Integrated
Annual Report will be made available on the website at
www.arcelormittal.com today. The annual integrated report will be
posted to shareholders on 18 February 2016.

ArcelorMittal South Africa will not be publishing an abridged report
as the group annual financial statements contain no modifications to
the audited summarised group results published today on SENS. These
summarised results and the annual financial statements were audited
by ArcelorMittal South Africa’s independent auditors, Deloitte &
Touche, whose report (which contains an emphasis of the matter as
set out in the audited summarised report released today) is
available for inspection at the Company’s registered office.




Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the
company’s shareholders will be held at 09:00 on Wednesday 25 May
2016 at Hyatt Regency Johannesburg Hotel, Nina 2 Room, 191 Oxford
Road, Rosebank, Johannesburg, South Africa, to conduct business as
stated in the notice of the annual general meeting which forms part
of the ArcelorMittal South Africa integrated annual report. The date
on which an individual must be registered as a shareholder in the
Company’s register for purposes of being entitled to attend,
participate in and vote at the meeting is Friday 20 May 2016
(meeting record date) and the last day to trade to be registered as
a shareholder in the company’s register is Friday 13 May 2016.
