shareholders are advised of the following:

As at 14 December 2015, Sanlam Life Insurance Limited had notified the company that accounts under its
management had increased its holding in the company such that it represented 5.22% of the voting rights in
the company;

As at 14 December 2015, Sanlam Investment Management (Pty) Ltd, acting as agent on behalf of its clients,
had notified the company that accounts under its management had increased its holding in the company
such that it represented 5.61% of the voting rights in the company.
