EXTENSION OF POSTING DATE OF CIRCULAR

Shareholders of Afdawn are referred to the SENS announcement dated 9
December 2015 relating to the proposed transaction in regards to Elite
Group Proprietary Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Afdawn (“Elite
Transaction”) and to the SENS announcement dated 22 January 2016 advising
shareholders that the Elite Transaction will constitute a category 1
transaction in terms of the JSE Listings Requirements.

Shareholders are hereby advised that the JSE Limited has granted the
Company an extension in relation to the distribution date of the circular
relating to the Elite Transaction (“the Circular”), until 31 March 2016.

Shareholders will be advised in due course of the salient dates and times
relating to the Elite Transaction and the general meeting of shareholders
to be convened in order for shareholders to consider and vote on the
resolutions required in respect of the Elite Transaction.
