NOTIFICATION OF THE APPOINTMENT OF A TRANSACTION ADVISOR


The Corporate Finance division of Investec Bank Limited has been appointed by the Business
Rescue Practitioner, Pierre de Villiers Berrangé to act as the transaction advisor to the
Company for the potential disposal of the Company’s business or part thereof.

The transaction advisor and the Company have agreed a timeline for the transaction process
which has commenced. All interested parties are invited to contact the transaction advisors
to register their interest.

The relevant information, including an Information Memorandum and the proposed
timetable for the transaction process will be provided to interested parties on request,
subject to signing the necessary confidentiality agreements.
