Shareholders are advised that a circular setting out details of the acquisition by Ingenuity of the property
known as Great Westerford, situated at 240 Main Road, Newlands, Cape Town (“the Acquisition”) has
been posted today and is available on Ingenuity’s website (www.ingenuityproperty.com).

The general meeting of shareholders to approve the Acquisition will be held at Suite 102, 1st Floor, INTABA
Building, 25 Protea Road, Claremont, Cape Town on Thursday, 10 March 2016, commencing at 10:00.
The record date for shareholders to be recorded on the securities register of the Company in order to be
able to attend, participate and vote at the general meeting is Friday, 4 March 2016.
