The board wishes to thank Jithan for his contribution to the Group and wishes him well in his future endeavours. The board will commence with the process of appointing a new financial director and shareholders will be advised once an appointment has been made. Correction to Director Appointment Announcement Shareholders are referred to the announcement of the appointment of Mr Akram Sultan as an independent non-executive director of Beige as released on SENS on 4 December 2015. The announcement erroneously referred to Akram as having qualified as a CA(SA) in 1999, whereas he completed his articles in 1999, qualifying as a CA(SA) in 2005. Appointment of new Lead Independent Director In compliance with paragraph 3.84 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that Mr Akram Sultan replaced Mr Ashwin Trikamjee as the lead independent director on the board with effect from 1 January 2016. Ashwin remains an independent non-executive director on the board of Beige.
