RESULT OF THE APPLICATION IN TERMS OF SECTION 150(5) OF THE COMPANIES
ACT 71 OF 2008 FOR AN EXTENSION OF TIME TO PUBLISH THE BUSINESS RESCUE
                                 PLAN

Creditors of the Company voted unanimously in favour of an extension of time within which to
publish the Business Rescue Plan of the Company. The voting was as follows:

1.     Value of claims for the Extension           R38.654.214.02 (59.4% of total creditors)

2.     Value of claims against the Extension       Nil

The Business Rescue Plan must be published on or before the 30th of April 2016.
