Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement dated 5 October 2015 and various cautionary
announcements over the last year.

Brikor’s provisional liquidation order was discharged on 2 October 2015 but the shares still remain
suspended.

Brikor is currently in the process of finalising the following financial information:

- Reviewed consolidated provisional results for the year to 28 February 2015. It is expected that
        these results will be released on SENS by the end of March 2016;

- Integrated Report including the results for the 3 years to February 2013, February 2014 and
        February 2015. It is expected that these results will be mailed to shareholders by the end of March
        2016;
- Unaudited condensed consolidated interim results for the six months ended 31 August 2015
        including 31 August 2014. It is expected that these results will be released on SENS by the end of
        April 2016.

Once this information has been released to shareholders, Brikor will apply to the JSE to have its listing
reinstated.

Shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution in trading the Company’s shares until a further
