CHANGES AND REORGANISATION TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised of the following Board committees’ changes at Adcock Ingram, all of
which are with immediate effect:

-     Mr Clifford Raphiri, the Non-Executive Chairman of the Board, will relinquish his
      chairmanship of the HR, Remuneration and Nominations Committee, but will remain a
      member of this committee;
-     Mr Mpho Makwana will relinquish his membership of the Risk and Sustainability
      Committee and assume chairmanship of the HR, Remuneration and Nominations
      Committee;
-     Mr David Cleasby will assume membership of the Risk and Sustainability Committee;
      and
-     The Chief Financial Officer will no longer be a member of the Social Ethics and
      Transformation Committee.
