It is also available on the company’s website, www.sygnia.co.za. There are no qualifications or modifications to the abridged audited consolidated financial statements that were released on SENS on 25 November 2015. Annual General Meeting The annual general meeting of shareholders of Sygnia Limited will be held on Tuesday, 23 February 2016 at 10.00 am at the company's office, 7th Floor, The Foundry, Cardiff Street, Green Point, 8001 to transact the business as stated in the notice of the annual general meeting forming part of the integrated report.
