This is based on the ZAR/JPY exchange rate prevailing on Friday, 22 January 2016 of 0.14019. The net ZAR distribution amount of ZAR 0.04252 per dbx Japan security is calculated as follows: - Gross foreign dividends of ZAR 0.11784 (one one point seven eight four cents); - Less: Foreign Withholding tax of ZAR 0.01806 (one point eight zero six cents); - Less: Equalisation of ZAR 0.00030 (zero point zero three zero cents); - Plus: Interest of ZAR 0.00001 (zero point zero zero one cents); - Less: Foreign exchange income of ZAR 0.00001 (zero point zero zero one cents); - Less: Management fee of ZAR 0.05696 (five point six nine six cents); All income derived is foreign in nature and does not include any manufactured dividends. This amount will be adjusted upwards for larger investors who are liable for less than the 0.75% management fee (on the basis set out in the Fifth Supplement to the Offering Circular and Pre- Listing Statement on 13 February 2008 and as per the SENS announcement released on 3 July 2013).
