DEALING IN SECURITIES

Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement released by the company on 15
January 2016. In compliance with paragraphs 3.63 to 3.74 of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, the following additional information regarding the director’s dealings
published in the abovementioned SENS is hereby disclosed.

The proceeds from the disposal of shares will, amongst others, be utilised to settle debt due
and payable to the Transaction Capital General Share Scheme and pay taxes arising from
the transaction.
