In compliance with the requirements of paragraphs 3.63 to 3.74 of
the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised of the
following transactions by directors and the company secretary
arising from a scrip distribution entitlement in the company’s
ordinary shares and the directors’ decision to receive the scrip
distribution rather than the cash dividend alternative. The price
used in the scrip entitlement calculation (as announced previously
on SENS) is R117,20 per ordinary share.
