RESULTS OF SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING

Shareholders are advised that at the Special General Meeting held today, 20
January 2016, the special resolution, as specified in the notice of the
meeting, was passed by the requisite majority of shareholders.

A total of 302 296 988 or 91.31% of the issued shares (331 074 706) were
voted at this special general meeting (including abstentions). The votes
carried for and against each resolution are disclosed as percentages in
relation to the total number of shares voted. Voting statistics from this
special general meeting are confirmed to be as follows:

1. Special resolution number 1: Authority to provide financial assistance for
the subscription of shares in terms of section 44 of the Companies Act
