CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT – POTENTIAL MATERIAL TRANSACTION


Shareholders are advised that Atlantic Leaf is considering a material acquisition of a portfolio of UK-based
property assets.

If concluded, the acquisition is expected to be funded by a combination of debt and new equity capital. In
this regard the executives of Atlantic Leaf will be meeting with potential investors during the course of the
next two weeks. An investor presentation has been prepared and is available on the Company’s website –
www.atlanticleaf.mu (Investor Relations – Presentations)

Due to the size and potential impact of the acquisition on the Company, Atlantic Leaf shareholders are
advised to exercise caution when trading in the shares of the Company until a further announcement in
relation to the potential acquisition is made.

Atlantic Leaf has its primary listing on the SEM and a secondary listing on the AltX of the JSE.
