WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT

Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released on SENS and the Luxembourg Stock Exchange on
6 January 2016 and are advised that the Company has decided that, having regard to the current volatility in equity
capital and currency markets, as well as a lower than anticipated independent value for one of the assets to be
acquired, IHGL will no longer be proceeding with the acquisition and accompanying debt and equity capital funding.

Accordingly, caution is no longer required when dealing in the Company’s securities. IHGL is confident of its ability
to continue to source, and remains committed to growing through, value enhancing acquisitions.
