                                   RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING

Shareholders are advised that at the General Meeting (“GM”) held today, 15 January 2016, all ordinary
resolutions, endorsements and special resolutions, as specified in the notice of the meeting, were passed
by the requisite majority of shareholders. A shareholder at the meeting requested that Special Resolution
numbers 2 and 3, Ordinary Resolution numbers 1 and 2 be modified by allowing the authorities sought in
these resolutions to be valid for the next six months. This request was accepted by all shareholders present
and voting at the meeting and the resolutions were approved on this basis.

A total of 347 940 383 or 48.93% of the issued shares (711 153 965) were voted at this GM (including
abstentions). The votes carried for and against each resolution are disclosed as percentages in relation to
the total number of shares voted. Voting statistics from this GM are confirmed to be as follows:

1. Special resolution number 1: issue of shares to creditors of the Group as at 21 October 2014
