 RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT



Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released on SENS on
14 October 2015 and the subsequent renewal of cautionary announcement released on SENS on
30 November 2015 and are advised that Workforce is still involved in negotiations regarding a
potential acquisition which, if successfully concluded, may have a material effect on the price of
the Company’s securities.

Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the
Company’s securities, until a further announcement is made.
