DISCLOSURE OF HOLDING IN FINBOND SHARES

In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and
Section 122 of the Companies Act 2008, shareholders are advised of
the following:

Midbrooklane (Pty) Ltd, Protea Asset Management LLC and Conduit
Capital Limited have notified the company that accounts under their
management have increased their holdings in the Company, such that
their total interest in the shares of the Company now amounts to
20.02% of the total issued shares.
