Results of Annual General Meeting

The shareholders of Coronation (“Shareholders”) are advised that at the annual general meeting of Shareholders
(“Annual General Meeting”) held on Tuesday, 12 January 2016, in terms of the notice of Annual General Meeting
distributed to Shareholders on Wednesday, 9 December 2015, all of the resolutions tabled were passed by the requisite
majority of votes cast by Shareholders present in person or represented by proxy.

The total number of shares voted in person or by proxy at the Annual General Meeting was 259 109 920 shares,
representing 74.07% of Coronation’s issued share capital as at Thursday, 31 December 2015, being the Voting Record
Date.

The voting results were as follows:
