Results of general meeting

Primeserv is pleased to inform its shareholders that all the ordinary and special resolutions proposed in the notice of the
General Meeting dated 7 December 2015 and tabled at the Company’s General Meeting held on Monday, 11 January 2016,
were passed by the requisite majority of votes cast by shareholders.

The voting results in regard to each proposed resolution, as required in terms of section 3.91 of the JSE Listings Requirements,
were as follows:

Total number of shares entitled to vote was 93 279 694 ordinary shares.

Total number of shares voted, in person or by proxy, was 58 428 769, which represented 62.64% of the total shares entitled
to vote.

The voting details with respect to the proposed resolutions were as follows:
