Shareholders are advised that the company’s integrated annual report incorporating the annual financial statements for
the year ended 30 June 2015 was posted to shareholders on Thursday, 31 December 2015 and will be made available on
the company’s website, www.telemasters.co.za in due course. The audited financial statements contain no
modifications to the condensed consolidated provisional results released on SENS on 30 September 2015.

Notice of Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of ordinary shareholders will be held at 09h30 on Friday,
4 March 2016 at the offices of TeleMasters Holdings Ltd, 90 Regency Drive, Ro ute 21 Corporate Office Park, Irene,
Pretoria.

Record Date
The record date on which shareholders of the company must be registered as such in the company’s securities register in
order to attend and vote at the meeting is Friday, 26 February 2016. The last day to trade in order to be eligible to vote
at the annual general meeting will be Friday, 19 February 2016.
