Resignation of Directors


The Edcon board of directors (“the Board”) wishes to announce the
resignations of Messrs DH Brown and LL von Zeuner from the Board of
Edcon Holdings Limited, and consequently as members of the Audit and
Risk Committee with effect from 10th December 2015 and 31st December
2015 respectively, due to increased time commitments required by
other companies with which they are involved. The Board would like
to express their gratitude to Messrs Brown and von Zeuner for their
valuable contribution over the last 3 years and wishes them well in
their future endeavours. The company is well underway in the
replacement process and will announce the additional members to the
Board and the Audit and Risk Committee in due course, once the
requisite internal and regulatory processes have been concluded.
