TRADING STATEMENT

In terms of paragraph 3.4(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, companies are
required to publish a trading statement as soon as they become reasonably certain that the
financial results for the period to be reported on next will differ by at least 20% from those of
the previous corresponding period.

Shareholders are advised that the Company expects the following to be reported for the year
ended 30 September 2015 (“2015 Year End Results”):

- earnings per share to be between 12.5 US cents and 14.3 US cents being between 35%
  and 55% higher than that for the year ended 30 September 2014 (“the Comparative
  Period”) of 9.2 US cents; and
- headline earnings per share to be between 8.1 US cents and 9.3 US cents being between
  28% and 48% higher than that for the Comparative Period of 6.3 US cents.


The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed or
reported on by the Company’s auditors.

The 2015 Year End Results are expected to be published on or about 23 December 2015.
