CHANGE OF FINANCIAL YEAR-END


Shareholders are advised that Rockcastle has changed its financial year-end from 30 June to 31 December.
The reason for the change is to better align the Company with the reporting deadlines of investors and the
market in which the Company operates.

The change in year-end will not affect Rockcastle’s distribution periods, which will continue to be for the
6 month periods ending 30 June and 31 December.

To comply with paragraph 3.15 of the JSE Listings Requirements, Rockcastle will publish:

-     interim results for the six months ending 31 December 2015, within three months of
      31 December 2015;
-     reviewed interim results for the six and twelve months ending 30 June 2016, within three months of 30
      June 2016;
-     abridged audited results for the period ending 31 December 2016, within three months of 31
      December 2016; and
-     an integrated report and notice of annual general meeting for the financial year ending 31 December
      2016 within six months of 31 December 2016.*

Rockcastle has its primary listings on both the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd and the Johannesburg Stock
Exchange.

* It is anticipated that Rockcastle will hold its next annual general meeting in October 2016. The annual
  general meeting at which the integrated report for the financial year ending 31 December 2016 will be
  considered, shall be held within six months of 31 December 2016.
