AQUARIUS REDEEMS OUTSTANDING CONVERTIBLE BONDS 

 
Aquarius Platinum Limited (Company) refers to the USD300 million 4% Convertible Bonds 
due December 2015 which it issued in December 2009 (Convertible Bonds).  As previously 
announced, the Company repurchased Convertible Bonds with a face value of USD172.6 
million in May 2014. 
 
The Company now announces that it has today redeemed all of the outstanding Convertible 
Bonds, in accordance with their terms.  The Convertible Bonds were redeemed at their 
principal amount outstanding of $125.4 million.
