Further to our announcement of 17 November 2015 regarding the non-binding expression
of interest to acquire the company, shareholders are advised that various negotiations are
still in progress, and if successfully concluded, may have an effect on the price of which the
company’s securities trade.

Shareholders are accordingly advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the
company’s securities until a full announcement is made.
