Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement dated 21 August 2015 and the subsequent
renewal of cautionary announcements, the last of which was dated 17 November 2015, and are advised that
as negotiations regarding the potential disposal of one or more of its business segments have been
terminated, caution is no longer required to be exercised when dealing in the Company’s securities.
