NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF AGM
The company`s Integrated Report and Annual General Meeting Booklet for the
year ended 30 September 2015 were posted to shareholders on Monday
14 December 2015 and contain no modifications to the audited results which
were published on Monday 16 November 2015 and therefore no abridged report
will be published. The reports will also be available for inspection on the
group website at www.barloworld.com by Monday 21 December 2015.
The Annual Financial Statements, the unqualified audit report by the
Company’s auditor’s Deloitte & Touche and Notice of the Annual General
Meeting will be available for inspection on the group website at
www.barloworld.com by Monday 21 December 2015.
Notice of Annual General Meeting
The ninety ninth Annual General Meeting of Barloworld will be held in the
Tokyo Meeting Room, Barloworld Corporate Office 180 Katherine Street
Sandton on Wednesday, 3 February 2016 at 12:30 for the purpose of
conducting the business as stated in the Notice of Annual General Meeting
forming part of the 2015 Annual General Meeting Booklet.
SALIENT DATES
The record date for shareholders to be recorded in the register of
shareholders of the Company in order to be able to attend, participate and
vote at the annual general meeting is Friday, 29 January 2016.
