RESIGNATION OF CEO, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND APPOINTMENT OF
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR – P S O’FLAHERTY


In compliance with paragraphs 3.59(b) of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are advised
that Mr Paul Sean O’Flaherty has given notice to resign
as the chief executive officer and executive director of
ArcelorMittal South Africa with effect from 12 February
2016.


Mr O’Flaherty has resigned due to personal reasons and
wishes to pursue other interests. The Board has
established a search committee for his successor, of
which he will also be a member.


Further, in compliance with paragraphs 3.59(a) of the
Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders
are advised that, in accordance with clause 26.5 of the
company’s MoI, Mr O’Flaherty will be appointed as a non-
executive director of the company with effect from 01
March 2016. This is to retain his continued contribution,
especially in respect of relationships with key
stakeholders.


The Chairman of the Board of Directors (“Board”), Mr Mpho
Makwana, expressed the Board's full appreciation and
thanked Mr O’Flaherty for his valuable contribution to
the company as the CEO and looked forward to his further
contribution as a non-executive director.
