Investors are advised that Astoria has converted over 97% of the approximately R1.8 billion in equity capital
that it raised in its 25 November 2015 private placement to USD at an average rate of R14.39 to the USD.

Astoria has its primary listing on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius and a secondary listing on the AltX.
