ACCEPTANCE OF SHARES IN TERMS OF THE FORTRESS PURCHASE TRUST (“TRUST”)


Shareholders are advised of the following information relating to the acceptance of shares as offered to directors in terms of
the rules of the Trust.

In terms of the rules of the Trust, ownership in such shares vests in the beneficiaries stated below, but such shares have
been pledged to the trustees of the Trust until the outstanding balance due in respect of the shares (including interest)
is paid.

The prices of the shares were determined on 8 December 2015, the day on which the board of directors approved the
allocations.
