REDEMPTION OF AFRICAPLATINUM DEBENTURES

Africa ETF has, from commencement of 07 December 2015, redeemed 300,000 AfricaPlatinum
debentures following redemption in respect of approximately 2 982.873 fine troy ounces of
Platinum.

After the redemption, there will be 11 800 000 AfricaPlatinum debentures in issue, referencing
approximately 117 876.919 fine troy ounces of Platinum.
