shareholders of diversified resources group Exxaro are advised that the Company was notified on
3 December 2015 by Coronation Asset Management Proprietary Limited (Coronation) that as at
3 December 2015, Coronation held 71 654 497 ordinary shares of 1 cent each in the Company on
behalf of its clients representing 20 per cent of the Company’s total shares in issue of 358 115
505.
