Following the above issuance, the total preference shares in issue are as follows:
- Class A Preference Shares: An aggregate nominal amount of R29,549,099.12 (comprising
R5 420 099.12 issued in terms of Series 1; R23,436,000.00 issued in terms of Series 2 and
R693,000.00 issued in terms of Series 3).
- Class B Preference Shares: An aggregate nominal amount of R65,704,000.00 (comprising
R8,133,000.00 issued in terms of Series 1; R46,156,000.00 issued in terms of Series 2 and
R11,415,000.00 issued in terms of Series 3).
- Class C Preference Shares: An aggregate nominal amount of R147,504,000.00 (comprising
R24,710,000.00 issued in terms of Series 1; R117,517,000.00 issued in terms of Series 2 and
R5,280,000.00 issued in terms of Series 3).
The total authorised amount of R5,000,000,000 under the Programme Memorandum has not been exceeded.
