RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that at the annual general meeting of Attacq held on Wednesday, 2 December 2015 (in terms of the notice
dispatched on Tuesday, 3 November 2015) all the resolutions tabled thereat were passed by the requisite majority of the Attacq
shareholders.
Details of the results of voting at the annual general meeting are as follows:
- total number of Attacq shares eligible to vote at the annual general meeting: 747 822 777.
- total number of Attacq shares that were present/represented at the annual general meeting: 473 753 727 being 63% of the total
number of Attacq shares that could have been voted at the annual general meeting.
