Further to the announcement published on SENS on Tuesday, 01 December 2015, and pursuant
to the initial offer, 50 000 AfricaRhodium Debentures referencing 500 fine troy ounces of rhodium
will be issued and listed on the main board of the JSE Limited (JSE), in the "Exchange Traded
Funds" sector, with effect from Friday, 4 December 2015, at an approximate issue price of
R102.92 per AfricaRhodium Debenture.
