PASSING OF THE ACTING CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

It is with great sadness that the board of Delta advises of the
death of Mr Johan Seymore. Mr Seymore passed away on the afternoon
of Friday 27 November 2015.

Mr Seymore served as acting chief executive officer of the company
since May 2015 and was a member of the board since 2009. He made a
significant contribution to the company in his role as chief
financial officer and was instrumental to the financial well being
of the group.

The board and management of Delta wish to extend their heartfelt
condolences to the family of Mr Seymore and pay tribute to him for
his leadership, integrity and contribution to the company and the
society. He will be missed.
